Products

Astral Feather specializes in handcrafted keychains and ita bags inspired by indie shows and games. All items are limited-run and not mass-produced. We do not offer custom pieces at this time.

Payment

Payments are accepted securely through Shopify and Shop. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.
Estimated shipping time: 1–2 weeks after purchase.
We currently ship to the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
Once an order is shipped, Astral Feather is not responsible for delays or damages caused by the carrier.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

No refunds or returns are accepted.
If you receive a defective or damaged bag, you may request an exchange. Exchanges are only available for bags.

Each bag is thoroughly inspected and documented with photographic/video evidence before shipping. If your item is missing parts, we will refer to this documentation to determine whether the issue originated on our end.

Astral Feather reserves the right to deny exchanges if tampering or intentional damage is suspected.
